 Brief Introduction of 530m3 BF

450m3BF was starting construction in 2005,and put into operation at Sept. 18 2003,design production capacity is 550,000tpa,actual production capacity of hot metal is 600,000tpa, and it was modified into 530m3 blast furnace in 2010 because market requirement, at present,due to China domestic industry police to be regulated,this blast furnace stop production in 2013, each system equipment is under good condition.

This blast furnace was designed by Hebei Xinye Engineering and Technology Co.,Ltd..

4.         Furnace Proper Cooling

Full cooling wall structure is adopted

There are different hot load in different position of blast furnace,therefore, different positions shall be adopted by different material and different structure mode cooling walls:

Low Chrome cast iron cooling wall with plain surface shall be adopted for furnace

hearth;

spheroidal graphite iron cooling wall with plain surface is adopted for the tuyere;

furnace belly、furnace bosh、lower part of furnace stack are adopted by three sections copper cooling wall;

upper and upper of furnace stack adopts spheroidal graphite iron embedded brick with

single layer water cooling pipe as cooling wall;

The top of furnace stack, namely lower of furnace throat brick adopts buckle-down

mode plain surface cooling wall with material of spheroidal graphite iron.

 

5.         Gravity Dust Remover

The shell DN8000mm of the gravity dust remover,upright pipe dia. of entering dust remover is DN2300mm,in order to ensure isolating BF from dust remover when blast furnace damping down, one φ1800mm coal gas breaking valve is installed on upper of dust remover,and operated by one set of electric windlass. Moreover. One φ200mm relief valve and one φ400mm relief valve are installed on top of gravity dust remover,and operated by electric windlass,to provide BF for releasing coal gas when BF is damping down for long term. Dust content is low down from 40g/Nm3 to 6~12g/Nm3 after crude gas is de-dusted by primary dedusting,and then delivery to purifying facility of bag dust remover for fine dedusting.

Dust damping unloading machine is installed under lower end of tapered body of dust

remover .

6.         Hot Blast Stove

Four sets of cyclone top combustion hot blast stove are equipped

(1)combustion-supporting blower

Two sets of supporting-combustion blowers are totally equipped in supporting- combustion fan room,one work and one standby. Mode of blower:9—26NO16D,
